How do I install the plugin on my WordPress site?

1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/ on Plugins -> Add Plugin -> Upload Plugin.
2. Activate the plugin through the WordPress admin.
3. Add "Company (CV)" block in the block editor.

Can the plugin be installed directly from the WordPress Plugin Directory?

Not yet, but it has been uploaded and currently waiting to be reviewed. The WP Plugin URL is expected to be https://wordpress.org/plugins/ansico-cv-experience-blocks.
